Jakarta – Central Sulawesi Information Commission (KI Sulteng) successfully resolve the election information disputes between the requester from Nasdem Party of Central Sulawesi and Election Commission (KPU) of Central Sulawesi, on Wednesday (May, 21st). The requester asked that the Central Sulawesi Commission to shows the form C1 Plano.
In court that spent around a day, the Assembly is chaired by Abas Rahim with member Salman Hadianto and Isman decided that the information which requested is public information included. Assembly ordered the election commission to demand the request from requester. The election commission is represented by the Chairman of the Legal Affairs of central Sulawesi election commission are willing to demand the decision.
In this court, Central Sulawesi Information Commission using Information Commission Regulation (Perki) No. 1 of 2014 on Standard Service and Information Dispute Resolution Procedure of General Election. Central Sulawesi information commission was the first commission that implement the PerKI No. 1 of 2014 in handling election information disputes.
